Mission Objective

Designing for 3D printing means thinking beyond the screen. In this mission, Apprentices learn how to design models in Tinkercad with the fabrication process in mind — planning for layer-by-layer construction, adding supports where needed, and balancing strength with efficiency. Along the way, they’ll discover how thoughtful design choices turn digital ideas into successful printed objects.
